受け取るアラートを増減する

組織はそれぞれ異なっています。ある組織や業界では非常に重要な検出項目が、別の組織や業界ではそれほど重要ではない場合があります。

アラートは次の方法で微調整できます。

• 不要なコンテンツ スキャンの検出ルールを無効にします。

• コンテンツ スキャンの検出から特定のページを除外する。

検出の感度を変更する

一部のユーザー アクティビティ検出ルールでは、感度を変更することで受信するアラートの数を増減できます。

たとえば、ページ クロール検出ルールの感度を変更してアラートが少なくなると、アラートが発生する前により多くのページをクロールする必要があります。 これは、予想される行動について多くのアラートを受け取る場合に役立ちます。

検出ルールをカスタマイズするには、次の操作に従います。

1. [Guard Detect] で、 ヘッダーの [Detections (検出) ] を選択します。

2. [ユーザー アクティビティ] を選択します。

3. カスタマイズする検出機能を展開します。フィルターを使用して、カスタマイズ可能なルールのみを表示できます。

4. [Fewer alerts (アラートを減らす)] または [More alerts (アラートを増やす)] を選択します。

検出ルールをオフにする

Your activity in Atlassian apps might differ significantly from that of other organizations. You may want to disable detections that don’t apply to your location, or that create too many false positives for your industry or work context.

コンテンツ スキャンの検出ルールをオフにするには、次の操作に従います。

1. [Guard Detect] で、 ヘッダーの [Detections (検出) ] を選択します。

2. [Content scanning (コンテンツ スキャン)] を選択します。

3. オフにする検出機能を展開します。

4. Select the toggle to turn off that rule for either Jira or Confluence.

The rule will be marked as off for the selected app in the list, and you’ll no longer get alerts for this rule.

If you don’t want to turn off a detection entirely, you can exclude pages that frequently generate false positive alerts. How to exclude a page from a detection

To turn off a user activity detection rule:

1. In Guard Detect,, select Detections in the header.
