NULL value

A NULL value (represented in Data Manager by (NullValue) or (NULL)) is a placeholder value in Data Manager that occurs when an attribute does not contain any data from a data source.

There are three possible reasons that a NULL value might occur:

• The data source does not contain this attribute at all.

• データソースがこの属性の値を返しませんでした。

• The last updated value from this data source is stale (older than the period specified in the refresh gap).

If a NULL value is imported into Assets from Data Manager, you can choose if the existing value should remain unchanged, be removed, or be updated to a literal NULL value in Assets (an empty string).
