Create and configure a Schema data source
Data Manager is included in all Service Collection Premium and Enterprise plans.
Use a Schema data source to bring data from an Assets schema into Data Manager.
This task requires Data Manager Adapters admin permissions.
You’ll configure the data source in Data Manager and authenticate using a Basic Authentication token based on an Atlassian API token.
Add a Schema data source
To add a schema data source:
From the app switcher, select Assets.
Select Data Manager in the sidebar.
Select Object classes.
Select the Show data sources button beside the desired object class
Select + Add.
[一般] で [スキーマ] を選択します。
[次へ] をクリックします。
Complete all required (
*) fields before clicking Configure your data source.
Configure a Schema data source
In the Schema Configuration screen:
Data source name – the name of the data source used to run, transform, map, cleanse, and import the data.
Enabled – leave this toggle enabled. Disabled jobs cannot be run.
Visible – enable this if the data source is to be visible in the Object classes view.
Short display name – a unique name as a data source label.
Data source type – fixed to
Schemafor this data source.
Generate a Basic Authentication token
To connect Data Manager to the schema, you need a Basic Authentication token based on an Atlassian API token:
[Generate token (トークンを生成)] を選択します。
In Username, enter your Atlassian account email.
In Atlassian API token, enter your Atlassian API token.
Learn how to generate an Atlassian API token in the Atlassian account documentation.
Select Generate token again.
The generated token is automatically pasted into the Basic authentication token field.
This token uses Basic Authentication, not OAuth.
Any secure values entered are encrypted and displayed as ********************. You can delete and re‑enter them if needed.
Schema and object types
Next, choose what to merge:
Schema – select the Assets schema to use as the source.
Object types – select one or more object types from the selected schema.
If none are selected, all object types are included by default.
Max results – maximum number of schema objects transferred per batch. This controls the rate of data transfer but not the total number of objects merged.
