データ マネージャーとは何ですか?

Data Manager (also called Assets Data Manager) is a feature for Assets that enables you to connect to multiple data sources, then cleanse and reconcile this data to ensure it is complete, current, and correct.

• Complete – Data Manager retrieves information from a wide variety of sources, using flat files (CSV), database connections, and API calls from many third‑party sources.

• Current – Data Manager keeps your information current by running autonomously after setup. Bringing in your data, cleansing it, and reconciling it can all be automated and scheduled.

• Correct – Data Manager normalises, de‑duplicates, and consolidates data from multiple data sources to create the preferred attributes that make up your single source of truth.

Data that has been cleansed and reconciled in Data Manager can then be imported to Assets and used in schemas. From schemas, you can surface that data in Jira via Assets Smart Links or Assets custom fields.

To use Data Manager, you need access to Assets and either Jira admin or Data Manager permissions.
