View Data Manager objects
Data Manager is included in all Service Collection Premium and Enterprise plans.
All users with a Data Manager role, will be able to perform these actions.
Data Manager objects (golden records) can be viewed and analysed from several perspectives. You can view as a:

The List view
The List view shows:
the verification status of each object
how many data sources contributed data (
DS#)how attributes were mapped to create the object (drill through from the primary key)
To view the object list:
From the sidebar, select Assets.
Select Data Manager in the sidebar.
Select Object classes in the sidebar.
Select an Object class to view.
If needed, select View as > List.
Export Data Manager objects
From the sidebar, select Assets.
In Data Manager, select Object classes.
Select an Object class to view.
(Optional) Apply a saved search to filter results.
Select the export icon (top right).
Data Manager processes your request in the background.
Your system will notify you when the export is in progress and complete.
You can choose to download the file; which is then created in your Downloads folder on your device.
View Attribute by Data Source
The Attribute by Data Source view shows data sources in your record set cross‑referenced against a selected attribute. Use it to see how well values align across tools.
To view:
From the sidebar, select Assets.
In Data Manager, select Object classes.
Select an Object class to view.
From the list, select Attribute by datasource.
Choose an Attribute from the dropdown.
When viewing an Attribute by Data Source you can change the chart at the bottom between:
Heatmap
Stacked bar
Column bar
Line bar; and

View Venn diagram
The Venn diagram view shows overlap between up to three data sources.
From the sidebar, select Assets.
In Data Manager, select Object classes.
Select an Object class to view.
Choose View as > Venn diagram.
In Select 2 or 3 data sources or saves searches.
A maximum of three data sources or saved searches can be selected.
View Data Source by Data Source
The Data Source by Data Source view shows the absolute overlap in records between data sources.
From the sidebar, select Assets.
In Data Manager, select Object classes.
Select an Object class to view.
From the list, select Datasource by datasource.
If desired, you can limit the data sources to compare by selecting them from the drop down down and clicking Update.
