Create new external user security policy
You can create multiple external user security policies to apply different security settings to groups of external users based on their email domains.
To create a new policy:
Go to Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Security > User security > External users.
Select Create new policy.
Enter a name for the policy.
Select Create.
Add email domains (up to 20) that this policy should apply to.
Configure the security settings for the policy.
Select Update to save your changes.
Updates can take a few minutes to be applied.
Domains can only be assigned to one policy at a time. If you try to add a domain that is already assigned to another policy, you will need to remove it from the other policy first.
