データのエクスポートを防ぐ

The data export rule allows you to block the export and download of content in the spaces and projects, products, or classification levels covered by a data security policy. What is a data security policy?

This is useful if you need to prevent people from exporting sensitive data in Confluence and Jira to PDF, XML, CSV, and other available formats, or downloading attached files. The rule blocks the export of pages, blog posts, and issues.

データ エクスポート ルールをポリシーに追加する

If you haven’t created a data security policy yet, create one now. The data export rule is available for policies that cover products, spaces and projects, or classification levels.

データ エクスポート ルールをポリシーに追加するには、次の手順に従います。

1. 移動 [アトラシアンの管理] に移動します。組織が複数ある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

2. [セキュリティ] > [データ セキュリティ ポリシー] の順に選択します。

3. リストからポリシーを選択します。

4. [ルールの追加] を選択します。

5. 使用するルールを選択します。カバレッジ エリアで利用できるルールのみが表示されます。

6. プロンプトに従ってルールを設定し、[保存] を選択します。

People will not be able to export issues, pages, or blogs, or download files attached to pages and issues covered by the policy.

The availability of export or download options varies by product. Users may either find that these options are not visible or receive a notification indicating that their organization has restricted access to these features.

Confluence でのブロック対象

• Export page to PDF and Word (… > Export)

• Export blog to PDF (… > Export)

• スペースを CSV、HTML、XML、PDF にエクスポートする ([スペース設定] > [コンテンツ ツール] > [エクスポート])

• Download attachment using download button in file preview, page attachments list, space attachments list, attachments macro, contextual toolbar in the editor, and other places we provide a download button for an image or file.

• Copy attached file to another page using copy file button in the editor toolbar.

Jira 製品でのブロック対象

• Export individual issue to Word and XML (… > Export)

• 複数の課題 (フィルター、クエリ) を XML、RSS、Word、HTML、CSV、XLSX にエクスポートする ([課題] > [課題をエクスポート])

• Download attachments in issues.

If the user attempts to export or download content via a URL or API, the request will return a “can’t export” error.

制限事項

• データ エクスポート ルールは、アプリが Confluence や Jira 製品からコンテンツをエクスポートすることを禁止していません。

• The data export rule doesn’t control (or block) browser-based export or download actions such as print, save, or actions performed by browser extensions.

• 誰かが Confluence スペースを CSV にエクスポートし、データ セキュリティ ポリシーにより特定の分類レベルのエクスポートがブロックされた場合、分類されたページの子ページはエクスポートに含まれません。 これは CSV エクスポートにのみ適用されます。 XML、PDF、Word の場合、分類されたページだけが除外されます。
