Control email content and notifications

You’re able to control when external users view email content and when they receive mobile app notifications. When you block email content and notifications, external users receive email without a preview of content and they no longer receive mobile app notifications.

To block email content and notifications:

1. 移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Security > User security > External users.

3. 変更するポリシーを [ 外部ユーザー ポリシー ] または [ テスト ポリシー] から選択します。

4. Choose Email and notification visibility for external users.

5. [Block (ブロック)] を選択します。

6. [更新] を選択して変更を保存します。

To allow email content and notifications:

1. 移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Security > User security > External users.

3. Choose Email and notification visibility for external users.

4. [許可] を選択します。

5. [更新] を選択して変更を保存します。
