分類レベルをアーカイブする

分類レベルをアーカイブすると、分類レベルの使用を停止できます。

When you archive a published classification level, users won’t be able to classify pages and issues at that level anymore. All pages and issues classified at this level will become unclassified, unless the spaces or projects they belong to have a default classification level that’s not the one that was archived. What is a default data classification level?

ただし、分類レベルがアーカイブされたページや課題には、その分類レベルの履歴が残ります。分類レベルを復元して再度公開した場合、これらのページと課題は元の分類レベルに戻ります。

分類レベルをアーカイブする

分類レベルをアーカイブするには次の手順に従います。

1. 移動 [アトラシアンの管理] に移動します。組織が複数ある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

2. [セキュリティ] > [データ分類] を選択します。

3. アーカイブしたい分類レベルの横にある「その他のアクション」メニュー (•••) を選択します。
   または、アーカイブしたい分類レベルに移動して、そのページの「その他のアクション」メニュー (•••) を選択します。

4. [アーカイブ] を選択します。

アーカイブされた分類レベルを表示する

アーカイブされた分類レベルを見つけるには次の手順に従います。

1. 移動 [アトラシアンの管理] に移動します。組織が複数ある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

2. [セキュリティ] > [データ分類] を選択します。

3. [分類レベルの作成] ボタンの近くにある「その他のアクション」メニュー (•••) を選択します。

4. [View archived levels (アーカイブされたレベルを表示)] を選択します。
