Archive and restore ideas

If you need to clean up your ideas backlog but you don’t want to delete ideas, you can always archive ideas and retrieve them later instead.

1. In Jira Product Discovery, go to a view.

2. Select the ideas you want to archive and on the floating dark bar located at the bottom of the screen, click Archive.

3. To retrieved archived ideas, go to your project name, select (…) > View archived ideas.

4. Select the ideas you want to restore and click Restore.
