About Studio

Studio is for Atlassian builders and creators. It’s an app that brings all of our building tools into one place, so that you can optimize the way your team works and accesses information.

Find Studio in the App switcher in the top left corner of any Atlassian app. Anyone can access Studio, but you’ll need specific permissions for some tools and tasks. Find out more under each section below.

Automation allows you to focus on the work that matters by removing the need to perform manual, repetitive tasks. Automation rules can action apps as well as agents.

To create an automation rule, you need to be a space, app, or organization admin.

Enhance your team’s daily work with agents that work alongside you like virtual teammates, or provide customer support at scale with service agents:

Rovo エージェント

Rovo agents can work as interactive AI teammates with customized knowledge, tone of voice, and specific skills (including customer support). They can also be triggered as part of an automated workflow using automation rules.

To create a Rovo agent:

• You need Rovo enabled.

• Your organization admin needs to activate AI.

Service agents

Virtual service agents are specific to Jira Service Management and can automate customer support.

To create a service agent:

• You need to be a space, app, or organization admin.

• You need to be a Jira Service Management customer on a Premium or Enterprise plan.

• Your organization admin needs to activate AI for Jira Service Management.

Assets

Assets are specific to Jira Service Management. They offer visibility into dependencies so you can manage assets and configuration items, quickly troubleshoot incidents, and minimize the risk of changes.

To create or manage assets:

• You need to be a Jira Service Management customer on a Premium or Enterprise plan.

• You need to have agent (or higher) level permissions.

Company Hubs

A Company Hub gives employees access to a dedicated landing page with all of your internally verified information and resources.

To manage a Company Hub:

• You need to be a space, app, or organization admin.

• You need to be a Confluence or Jira Service Management customer on a Premium or Enterprise plan.
