Move a work item to another space using automation
Jira Cloud doesn't currently support using automation to move work items. The below process suggests an alternative method, by cloning a work item and deleting the original.
This method only works when moving work items from a company-managed space to another company-managed space.
We don’t recommend using this method to move work items to or from team-managed spaces.
To move an work item using automation:
Add a Clone work item action to your flow and select the space you want to move the work item to.
Add a Delete work item action to delete the original work item.
While many of your existing field values will be retained, some items, such as attachments, will not be cloned with the work item.
