Change the name or description of an object type

To change the name or description of an object type in Assets, you must be logged in as a Jira admin or have Object Schema Manager permissions.
From Assets:
Select an object schema from the list.
Select an object type.
Select to the right of the object type, or select from the top-right.
Select Configure object type.
Under the General tab, select the field next to Name, Icon or Description to edit.
