Rovo エージェントを使用したコンテンツの執筆とレビュー
When you’re editing or writing content (like a Confluence page or a Jira work item description), you can loop in a Rovo agent to review, rephrase, or draft the content for you.
Agents have specialized knowledge that can be a great asset for drafting content with a consistent structure. Some agents are created specifically for collaboration on certain types of content. For example, the Decision Director is designed to work with you on creating, reviewing, and acting on DACI (driver, approvers, contributors, informed) documents.
You can collaborate with an agent on content wherever you’re writing or editing in Confluence or Jira.
To find and select and agent:
Highlight the content you’d like an agent to help with.
Type the shortcut
/rovo
or/ai
and select Ask Rovo. This opens a menu of Rovo skills and agents.
Select the name of the agent you wish to collaborate with, or
Browse agents to see more options.
Filter by Favorites, My agents, or search for keywords.
Select More actions … and View Agent to see the agent’s full profile
Click the profile card to select it — or select < Browse agents to return to the list
After you select your agent, enter a prompt or select a conversation starter.
The agent will respond based on the content of the page, or the text you highlighted.
To collaborate with agents via Ask Rovo, your org admin must enabled AI for that app. If you don’t have AI, you can still use agents via Chat to collaborate on content, but you may need to manually copy or insert the recommendations from the agent into the page or field you’re writing in.
