Rovo とは
Rovo is now included in all paid Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management subscriptions.
Organization admins need to use verified accounts with a business domain (for example, @yourcompany.com). We’re unable to enable Rovo on sites where the organization is registered with a generic email domain such as gmail.com or msn.com.
Rovo is a new app that helps you turn information into action. With Rovo, you get a growing list of features that accelerate finding, learning, and acting on information across your Atlassian and third-party apps:
Find: Search across data, tools, and platforms (including third-party apps and your own custom websites) to get contextual and relevant results within your Atlassian experience.
学習: AI を活用したインサイト、ナレッジ カード、チャットを通じて、自社のデータをより深く調べることができます。
アクション: 専門のエージェントと協力して、時間のかかるタスクのサポート、反復作業の削減、複雑なコンテンツの分析を行うことができます。
Rovo はチームのコラボレーションのあり方や AI の活用方法を激変させます。より適切な意思決定を行い、効果の高いアクションをより迅速に行えるようにすることで、チームの可能性を解き放ちます。

Rovo 検索
Rovo 検索では、コンテキストを切り替えることなく、複数のツールを一度に検索できます。
検索は、アトラシアン アプリ (Jira や Confluence など) と接続されたサードパーティ アプリ (Google Drive や Slack など) の結果を組み合わせたものです。Rovoはユーザー権限を尊重するため、ユーザーが表示できるのはすでにアクセス権を持つコンテンツのみとなります。
Over time, we'll add more tools and apps to Rovo Search.
Rovo チャット
Rovo チャットを使用すると、対話形式で会話して質問したり、新しいアイデアを生み出したり、有益なフィードバックを取得したり、作業しながら課題を解決するしたりできます。チャットは (アトラシアンおよび接続されたサードパーティ アプリからの) 会社のデータに基づいていますが、アクセス権のあるコンテンツのみを使用します。
Rovo チャットには、Jira、Jira Service Management、Jira Product Discovery、Confluence のほか、Rovo ブラウザ拡張機能を通じてどこからでもアクセスでき、仕事の流れが妨げられることなく必要なサポートを受けることができます。
Rovo エージェント
Rovo エージェントは、チームと一緒に働く、AI を活用した仮想チームメイトです。Rovo エージェントはワークフローとプロセスに専門知識とカスタム スキルをもたらします。エージェントは次のことが実行できます。
コンテンツを生成、レビュー、改善する
answer questions and give recommendations based on best practice in your organization
help with team culture such as
onboarding new employees
building team gratitude
facilitating team collaboration
streamline time-consuming tasks like
cleaning up Jira backlogs
organizing Confluence pages
aligning content to formatting specs
perform specialized skills (with your permission) like organize, create, or edit Jira work items or Confluence pages.
Agents are quick and easy to setup and customize to fit the needs of your team.
