Rovo エージェントを共有する

作成したエージェントの共有は、組織全体でコラボレーションし、一貫性を保つための強力な方法です。 

You can share an agent with other users on your site by sharing a link to its profile. To get a link to an agent’s profile:

1. Jira、Jira Service Management、Jira Product Discovery、または Confluence のナビゲーション バーでチャットを開きます。

2. From Chat, select Agents.

3. You can Search for an agent by typing its name in the search bar, or by using the filters for Favorites or My agents (which are agents you created).

4. Once you’ve found an agent that interests you, use the more actions () button to copy a link to that agent's profile.
   
   

リンクを共有したすべてのユーザーが、そのリンクを使用してエージェントと全画面チャットを開始できます。

エージェントは、データや情報への追加のアクセスや権限を付与しません。そのため、エージェントが共有されても、ユーザーにはそのユーザーがアクセスできるコンテンツしか表示されません。
