すべてのユーザーに最適なパフォーマンスと公正な使用を確保するために、Rovo には 2 つの割り当てがあります。
割り当てタイプ
Rovo の割り当てタイプは次のとおりです。
Indexed objects: Individual items indexed through your Rovo connectors. An object may be a document (Sharepoint, Google Drive), a chat thread (Slack, Teams), a webpage (Custom website), or any other single indexable item from any of the Rovo connectors.
AI credits: A unit of consumption based on interactions with specific Rovo AI features, for example, engaging with Rovo Chat. The credit cost is calculated based on the complexity of the interaction.
Included quotas
The included quotas are based on the number of licensed users across all your Atlassian subscriptions.
Edition | App/Collection | Indexed objects (per user) | AI credits (per user per month) |
---|---|---|---|
Premium | Jira | 50 | 70 |
Confluence | 50 | 70 | |
Jira Service Management | 50 | 70 | |
Teamwork Collection | 500 | 700 | |
Enterprise | Jira | 125 | 150 |
Confluence | 125 | 150 | |
Jira Service Management | 125 | 150 | |
Teamwork Collection | 1,250 | 1,500 |
These quotas are pooled per organization based on the number of active subscriptions. For example, if your company has 100 employees, and everyone has Confluence Premium (100 users), while half have Jira Premium (50 users) you would receive a quota of:
7,500 indexed objects (100 users * 50) + (50 users * 50)
10,500 AI credits per month (100 users * 70) + (50 users * 70)
The AI credit quota resets when your billing period ends or monthly for annual subscriptions. You may not bank or accumulate unused portions for subsequent billing periods.
For a limited time, users have access within the Atlassian Acceptable Use Policy. In future, usage beyond these quotas will incur additional charges based on consumption. At that time, organization admins will have tools to monitor and manage consumption and will be able to purchase additional capacity.
Indexed objects
Any item indexed through Rovo connectors is considered an indexed object and appears as a unique search result in Search. This includes items through Data Center connectors such as Confluence Data Center.
As we continue to improve the quality of Rovo Search across more modalities, Atlassian reserves the right to add additional conditions to how indexed object quota is consumed.
The following do not count towards your quota:
Atlassian Cloud objects (for example, Confluence pages, Jira issues)
objects that are indexed by Smart Links
objects from the Gmail and Outlook Mail connectors, as these integrate through their app's search and are not indexed by Atlassian
AI credits
AI credits are a unit of consumption based on the usage of Rovo features. Each billable feature consumes a set number of credits based on the complexity of the task.
At the moment, the only billable feature is requests sent to Rovo Chat or Rovo Agents from you or your teammates. These requests consume 20 credits each. Other features including queries to Rovo Search do not currently generate any credit costs.
As we continue to add more features to Rovo, Atlassian reserves the right to add an associated credit charge for their use.
Rovo features that are in Beta, unless otherwise stated, are free to use and don't count against your included AI credits quota.
