Open and manage Rovo Chat conversations
Rovo Chat is a conversational interface where you can ask Rovo to answer questions or provide ideas or insights. It is accessible from Jira, Jira Service Management, Jira Product Discovery, Confluence, and Bitbucket Cloud, providing assistance without disrupting your workflow.
There are several ways to open Rovo Chat:
Select the Rovo button in the bottom-right corner
Select Ask Rovo from the top navigation bar, near your profile avatar
Type
/aior/rovowherever you’re working and select Ask RovoAdd the Rovo browser extension to access Rovo from your toolbar
Manage your Chat history
Rovo Chat stores your prompts and the answers you receive for 30 days, allowing the opportunity to retrieve your conversation history. These chats are private and only visible to you.
To view your chat history, select the three-line hamburger menu in the top-left of Chat. The heading, Chats, contains an expandable list of your most recent conversations.
To reopen a conversation from the past 30 days:
Select View all conversations at the bottom of the Chats list.
Find the prompt for a conversation you’d like to revisit.
Select the prompt to reopen it and continue where you left off.
To rename a conversation:
Select View all conversations at the bottom of the Chats list.
Select More actions to the right of the conversation.
Select Rename.
Enter a new name in the text field.
Select the green checkmark to save it.
Select the red cross mark to cancel without saving.
To delete a conversation:
Select View all conversations at the bottom of the Chats list.
Select More actions to the right of the conversation.

A modal will appear asking you to confirm the request
Select Delete to confirm and continue
Select Cancel to close without deleting it
