Edit multiple objects
Assets is included with Service Collection Paid plans (Standard, Premium, and Enterprise). What Assets is and how it works.
Use bulk actions to edit multiple objects:
Go to the app switcher and select .
From your sidebar, select Schemas.
Select an object schema.
Select the object type.
You can filter objects using filter search or advanced search.
Select the List view icon.
Editing multiple objects can now only be accessed from the list view.
Select Bulk actions, then Edit objects in the dropdown.
A window will pop up:
Choose how you want to edit the attribute:
Select Keep to make no changes to the attribute
Select Change to set a new value for the attribute,
Select Remove to set the attribute to NULL, zero, or an empty string
Or select Add to add the set value to the attribute value (this only works for numeric attribute types)
If you’re updating an attribute, enter the new value on the right.
Select Save.
On the confirmation screen, select Save to confirm your changes.
These changes can't be undone.
