Add a schema reference

Assets in Jira Service Management is a Premium and Enterprise only feature. Learn more about Assets

 

Schema references in Assets can be created at the configuration level by Jira admins, applying to all schemas.

To create references to an individual schema, you must also have Object Schema Manager permissions.

Create references for all schemas

  1. Go to Assets and select Configuration.

  2. Under the Global references tab, select Create a reference.

  3. Enter a Name, Description, and Color.

  4. Select Create.

  1. Go to Assets and select an object schema.

  2. Select Schema configuration.

  3. Under the Reference types tab, select Create a reference.

  4. Enter a Name, Description, and Color.

  5. Select Create.
