Set the cardinality of an attribute
Assets is included with Service Collection Paid plans (Standard, Premium, and Enterprise). What Assets is and how it works.
Set cardinality to define the minimum and maximum number of values an attribute can have in Assets. You must be logged in as an Assets admin with Jira or Jira Service Management access or have Object Schema Manager permissions to make this change.
From the app switcher, select Assets
From your sidebar, select Schemas.
Select an object schema.
Select the relevant object type.
Select Attributes.
Select the gear icon next to the attribute, then Settings in the dropdown.
Under the Cardinality tab, enter the minimum and maximum number of values that can be added to the attribute.
For Default attributes, the maximum cardinality is 1, except for URL and Email.
