Configuring Reasons

Assets Data Manager is included in all Service Collection Premium and Enterprise plans.

 

View all Reasons

To view all Reasons in Data Manager:

  1. Select Settings in the side navigation bar.

  2. Select Reasons.

Create a new Reason

To create a new Reason in Data Manager:

  1. Select Settings in the side navigation bar.

  2. Select Reasons.

  3. Select Add.

  4. Enter a name for the reason.

  5. Select Save.

Edit a Reason

To edit an existing Reason in Data Manager:

  1. Select Settings in the side navigation bar.

  2. Select Reasons.

  3. Select the Reason you want to edit and select the Delete icon.

  4. Modify the Name of the Reason and select Save.

Delete a Reason

To delete an existing Reason in Data Manager:

  1. Select Settings in the side navigation bar.

  2. Select Reasons.

  3. Select the Reason you want to remove and select the Delete icon.

  4. Select Delete.

Once you delete a Reason it will be permanently removed from your instance of Data Manager. Cleansing Rules you have associated with this Reason will not be removed.
