Brainstorm ideas
There are several ways you can easily create content and brainstorm ideas with Rovo.
Open an idea, comment, or insight to edit.
Select the Rovo icon from the toolbar when adding the description or a comment.
Select Brainstorm from the list.
Press Enter.
Once finished, you can review the response and add it to your idea, or follow up with an additional prompt.
Shortcut: Type /Rovo or /ai when editing a description or comment to open the AI actions menu.
Not sure where to start?
Here are some suggestions when generating new content:
You can use the Brainstorm option to add topics and generate ideas and points of discussions automatically.
You can improve written content by fixing spelling and grammar or change the voice and tone.
Summarize content.
Generate and transform content
Draft new content such as idea descriptions with a simple prompt.
While in the edit mode, highlight text in an idea description or comment.
Select the Rovo icon from the toolbar when editing.
Enter a prompt or select an option from the list.
Press Enter.
Once finished, you can review the response and add it to your idea, or follow up with an additional prompt.
Rovo can also quickly improve your writing by finding typos, simplifying technical information, and even changing the tone of your writing.
Summarize content
You can use Rovo to turn a lengthy set of rough notes into more concise idea descriptions. This feature is currently available in the text editor of the following features:
Idea description
Idea template
View comments
View description
Field description
Vote summary
Insight description
