You can escalate a Jira Service Management issue to other Jira products by creating a linked issue. Jira teams get the most use of this technique when they can view and comment on issues in your service project.

管理者とエージェントの両方が、リンクされた課題を作成できます。

リンクされた課題を作成するには:

1. リンクする課題の課題ビューに移動します。

2. > の順に選択します。

3. リンク先のプロジェクトを選択します。

4. リンクされた課題の残りの詳細を入力します。

5. リンクを選択します。
