Add Rovo Dev Standard to your site

To give users access to Rovo Dev Standard:

  1. Install Rovo Dev on every site they need to access in your Atlassian organization.

  2. Add users to the Rovo Dev Standard user group.

Each Rovo Dev Standard user gets a credit allowance of 2,000 Rovo Dev credits per month at the organization level. They can use those credits on any site within the organization, provided the site has Rovo Dev Standard installed. If you’ve enabled extra usage on your organization, Rovo Dev Standard users can continue to use Rovo Dev even after they have used up their credit allowance; any extra usage will be billed to your organization. You can control this extra usage by setting organization-level limits that apply to all Rovo Dev Standard users in your organization. Find out how billing works for Rovo Dev Standard

Additionally, you can also add one or more of your teammates to the Rovo Dev admin group, so they can manage the site-level Rovo Dev settings.

Install Rovo Dev on your site

You must be an organization admin to install Rovo Dev on a site.

Go to Get started with Rovo Dev and select the site you want to add Rovo Dev Standard to, and follow the prompts.

Alternatively, you can add Rovo Dev from Atlassian Administration:

  1. Go to Atlassian Administration.

  2. Select your organization.

  3. In the sidebar, select Apps > Atlassian apps.

  4. Select Add app.

  5. Under Rovo Dev, select Try it now.

  6. Select an existing site to install Rovo Dev on, or select Create a new site.

  7. [Start trial (トライアルを開始)] を選択します。

Repeat the steps for each site in your organization where you want to add Rovo Dev Standard.

Add users to Rovo Dev Standard user group

You must be an organization admin or a user access admin (for Rovo Dev) to add users to the Rovo Dev Standard user group.

You must add users to a Rovo Dev Standard user group to give them access to their Rovo Dev Standard credit allowance.

To add users to Rovo Dev Standard user group:

  1. Go to Atlassian Administration.

  2. Select your organization.

  3. In the sidebar, select Directory > Groups.

  4. Find rovo-dev-agents-users-<sitename> and select Actions (…), then Add user to group.

  5. Under Users, select the teammates you want to add to Rovo Dev Standard.

Add users to Rovo Dev admin group

You must be an organization admin or user access admin (for Rovo Dev) to add users to the Rovo Dev admin group.

Rovo Dev admins can change site-level Rovo Dev settings, like which features appear to the team on a site. You can optionally add one or more teammates to the Rovo Dev admin group.

To add users to Rovo Dev admin group

  1. Go to Atlassian Administration.

  2. Select your organization.

  3. In the sidebar, select Directory > Groups.

  4. Find rovo-dev-agents-admins-<sitename> and select Actions (), then Add user to group.

  5. Under Users, select everyone you want to add as Rovo Dev product admins.

Now Rovo Dev is active on your site, and your teammates are ready to start using it.

You can also manage the features they have access to, and request access to any limited beta features that may be available.
