Extensions for beta customers

In our previous announcements, we informed our customers that the Beta for Jira Product Discovery would come to an end on August 17, 2023, and you would need to move to a Free or Standard plan. However, we have extended the beta period for certain customers to allow more time to complete the transition. These customers:

• Require annual billing.
  Jira Product Discovery is on a new billing engine that supports only monthly payments, the option for annual billing is coming soon.

• Are on Silver/Gold/Platinum plans or pay through Partners.
  We’re scaling up Atlassian support teams to provide more assistance to users who require additional help.

If you are in this cohort, you will see a banner in Jira Product Discovery informing you about the beta extension. No action is required from you at this time.

While we prepare options to support you, we want to ensure your work is not interrupted in Jira Product Discovery. We will follow up with more information and instructions on how to best make the transition. If you don't make the transition once you are notified, we will keep your data for three months beyond your extension period.
