Copy insights to existing ideas

You can link the same insight to multiple ideas by simply copying it to existing ideas.

Before you begin

• You need to have a Jira Product Discovery Project.

• You need to have access to one of the data providers: Zendesk, Salesforce, Pendo insights, Pendo feedback, Intercom or Vivum.

Steps

1. Select the idea where the insight you want to copy lives.

2. In the idea card, select Insights. Every insight has a checkbox next to it. Select it.

3. Click Copy to idea

4. In the search field, find an existing idea or create a new one by typing the name then, hit Copy.

Once you copy the insight, it gets added to the idea.
