Update your contact address

The billing and technical contacts for a subscription have access to update the payment details, view, and pay invoices, add additional billing or technical contacts, raise support requests, and more. 

The billing and technical contacts are viewed as the product owners and have the authority to request changes to the subscription.

To update the address of a billing contact:

  1. From your site’s Administration, go to Billing > Billing details.

  2. In Billing contact details, click Edit.

  3. Make the required changes and click Save.

To update the address of a technical contact:

  1. From your site’s Administration, go to Billing > Billing details.

  2. Under Contact details, click Manage Contacts.

  3. Click the Billing Details link in the header.

  4. Make the required changes and click Save Details.
