Update your contact address

We’re rolling out a new Atlassian billing engine that affects the content on this page. If the information here doesn’t match what’s in your account, see our updated instructions for billing and subscription management.

The billing and technical contacts for a subscription have access to update the payment details, view, and pay invoices, add additional billing or technical contacts, raise support requests, and more. 

The billing and technical contacts are viewed as the product owners and have the authority to request changes to the subscription.

To update the address of a billing contact:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

  2. Go to Billing and you’ll see a billing preview of all your products and apps.

  3. Select Manage subscriptions for any one of the products and go to Billing details.

  4. In Billing contact details, select Edit.

  5. Make the required changes and select Save.

To update the address of a technical contact:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

  2. Go to Billing and you’ll see a billing preview of all your products and apps.

  3. Select Manage subscriptions for any one of the products and go to Billing details.

  4. Under Contact details, select Manage Contacts.

  5. Click the Billing Details link in the header.

  6. Make the required changes and click Save Details.
