Apply a promo code to an app purchase

Atlassian Marketplace Partners may offer promo codes for discounts on their cloud apps. Follow the instructions below to redeem a discount on an app subscription.
Apply an app promo code

To apply an app promo code:
Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. Select your billing account if you have more than one.
Select Subscriptions from the side navigation.
In the subscriptions table, find the app you have a promo code for and select Manage.
Select More actions > Enter promo code.
Enter your promo code and select Validate, then select Apply discount.
When the code is validated, you’ll see on the subscription details page that the discount is scheduled to begin at the start of your next billing cycle.
Override an active promo discount
You can override an active promotional discount with a different promo code.
To override an app discount:
Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. Select your billing account if you have more than one.
Select Subscriptions from the side navigation.
In the subscriptions table, find the app you have a promo code for and select Manage.
Select More actions > Update promo code.
Currently, only paid apps are available for you to manage on the new billing experience. If you’re using any free cloud apps, they won’t appear in your subscriptions list.
