Manage subscriptions and bills for Atlassian cloud products
Get a high-level overview of billing and subscription management for Atlassian cloud products.
Atlassian Guard Premium is an add-on for Atlassian Guard Standard that provides data protection and threat detection across your organization.
When you unsubscribe from Atlassian Guard Premium:
There is no effect on Atlassian Guard Standard, unless you also cancel that subscription.
There is no effect on your Atlassian cloud product subscriptions, which continue as previously. For information about cancelling your product subscriptions, see Cancel a subscription.
If you resubscribe the price may be different from what you are paying today.
To cancel Atlassian Guard Premium:
Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.
Select Billing.
Find Atlassian Guard in the list and select Manage.
On the Subscriptions details page, select the Add-ons tab.
Select (more actions) > Remove add-on.
You’ll be prompted to contact our team to assist you with the cancelation.
Once your add-on subscription is canceled, it will appear in the Inactive tab of the Subscriptions page.
Your users and administrators will immediately see the following changes if you unsubscribe from Atlassian Guard Premium.

If you’re using classification levels in your organization, after cancelling your subscription:
Classification levels won’t be editable. You can delete any classification configuration you no longer need.
Pages and issues will keep their current classification level. The classification level will remain visible, but users won’t be able to change it.
New pages and issues will not be automatically classified with the default classification level.
Data security policies that cover classification levels will continue to be enforced, but won’t be editable. You can deactivate or delete any policies you no longer need.
If you choose to restart your subscription your existing classification levels will be restored, and any data security policies will become editable again.
After cancelling your subscription:
You’ll lose access to Guard Detect.
Alerts won’t be generated, or sent to your SIEM or other tool.
Some Atlassian Administration audit logs functionality requires either Atlassian Guard Premium or an Enterprise plan.
If you don’t have an Enterprise plan, after cancelling your subscription:
Webhook integration will no longer work. Audit log activities will not be sent to your third-party tool.
End user activity will no longer appear in the Atlassian Administration audit logs.
