View and find content in Loom

In Loom, viewing content and finding content are different:

  • View means you can see a Loom when you have its link.

  • Find means you can proactively search for a Loom in Atlassian Search and AI experiences.

Loom has three access levels that determine who can view your content: public, open to workspace or company, and restricted. People who can view newly created videos can also find them in Atlassian Search and AI experiences.

Who can view and find each type of Loom content?
