Deactivate Atlassian Guard Premium

Atlassian Guard Premium は、組織全体のデータ保護と脅威検出を実現する Atlassian Guard Standard 用アドオンです。

When you deactivate Atlassian Guard Premium:

• There is no effect on Atlassian Guard Standard, unless you also deactivate that subscription.

• There is no effect on your Atlassian cloud app subscriptions, which continue as previously. Read more on how to cancel your subscriptions

If you reactivate, the price may be different from what you are paying today.

How to deactivate

To deactivate Atlassian Guard Premium:

1. 移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. [請求] を選択します。

3. リストから Atlassian Guard を見つけて [管理] を選択します。

4. サブスクリプションの詳細ページで、[アドオン] タブを選択します。

5. (その他のアクション) > [アドオンを削除] の順に選択します。

6. 解約のサポートを受けるために、アトラシアンのチームに連絡するように求められます。

アドオン サブスクリプションが解約されると、そのサブスクリプションは [サブスクリプション] ページの [非アクティブ] タブに表示されます。

データ分類

If you’re using classification levels in your organization, after deactivating your subscription:

• 機密レベルを編集できなくなります。不要になった機密構成は削除できます。

• ページと課題では現在の機密レベルが維持されます。機密レベルは表示されたままですが、ユーザーは機密レベルを変更できなくなります。

• 新しいページと課題は既定の機密レベルで自動的に分類されなくなります。

• 機密レベルを対象とするデータ セキュリティ ポリシーは引き続き適用されますが、編集はできなくなります。不要になったポリシーは無効化または削除できます。

サブスクリプションを再開すると、既存の機密レベルが復元され、すべてのデータ セキュリティ ポリシーが再び編集可能になります。

Guard Detect

After deactivating your subscription:

• Guard Detect にアクセスできなくなります。

• アラートが生成されなくなるか、SIEM やその他のツールに送信されなくなります。

監査ログ

アトラシアンの管理の監査ログ機能のなかには、Atlassian Guard Premium または Enterprise プランのどちらかが必要なものがあります。

If you don’t have an Enterprise plan, after deactivating your subscription:

• Webhook 統合が機能しなくなります。監査ログ アクティビティがサードパーティ ツールに送信されなくなります。

• エンド ユーザー アクティビティがアトラシアンの管理の監査ログに表示されなくなります。
