The information on this page about refunds doesn't apply to Enterprise subscriptions.

You can request a refund for your subscription if it is your initial purchase of the Atlassian app and if you request it within 30 days of your purchase. If the stipulated period is over, we can’t offer refunds, see Atlassian Customer Agreement

Refunds are only available under these scenarios:

  • Refunds for monthly cloud subscriptions are only available within the first paid month after the trial period.

  • New annual cloud subscriptions can only be refunded within 30 days of the first purchase only.

  • Cloud renewals and upgrades cannot be refunded.

  • Refunds for Atlassian Marketplace apps are subject to the same conditions. For exceptions outside of 30 days, please reach out to the vendor for approval. To contact a vendor, find their app listing in the Atlassian Marketplace, then click on the Support tab.

  • Data Center licenses can only be refunded within 30 days of the first purchase only.
