新しいパートナー管理対象サブスクリプション ポータルについて
Customer contacts can view their subscriptions through the partner-managed portal. Previously, you may have logged into my.atlassian.com to view your subscriptions. You will use the partner-managed subscriptions portal to view or deactivate your partner-managed subscriptions.
「お客様の担当者」(以前は「技術担当者」と呼ばれていました) とは、パートナーを通じてアトラシアン製品を購入するお客様のことです。パートナーは、請求業務の範囲内でお客様の担当者を割り当て、サブスクリプションを管理し、顧客を可視化します。
パートナーがあなたをお客様の担当者としてサブスクリプションに割り当てると、最初に新しいポータルにアクセスするためのリンクが記載されたウェルカム メールが届きます。お客様の担当者には、次の場合にもメールが届きます。
your Partner places an order for Atlassian apps.
a subscription is transferred from one billing account to another (a billing account is a structure we use to group all billing transaction-related activities with Atlassian).

サブスクリプションを表示する
When you first access the partner-managed subscriptions portal, you’ll find a list of your subscriptions. Toggle between tabs to view your active, inactive, and upcoming subscriptions.
You can view your subscriptions and linked subscriptions, plan, user count, the number of days left until renewal, and the assigned partner.
Manage your Atlassian app subscription
Select the required subscription. On the Subscription details page, view the site URL, entitlement number, bill date, active user count, and other details.
Set up your app subscription
To start using a subscription, you need to set it up on a site. After your partner places an order, you’ll receive an email to set up your subscription.
You can also set up your subscription from the Subscription details page. For apps that need setting up, you’ll see a banner with a Begin set up link. This will open a page from which you can select one of your existing sites or organization, or add a new site.
Once you add your subscription to a site, the subscription is active and ready to use.
To view your billing partner and customer contacts, go to the Key contacts tab. In this tab, if you select Manage in the Customer contacts section, you’ll be redirected to the Manage customer contacts page, which allows you to add additional customer contacts.
Deactivate a subscription
You can deactivate subscriptions from the Subscription details page. If you deactivate a subscription, any linked subscription will also be deactivated. Note that you can't reactivate subscriptions and will need to contact us.
Manage your Marketplace app subscription
Go to the Installed Apps tab and view the list of installed apps. Select the required app to open the details page. You’ll find:
Site URL and the entitlement number the Marketplace app is associated with
Plan type, bill date, active user count, and the parent apps the Marketplace app is installed on
On this page, you can cancel the subscription by selecting Deactivate subscription.
Manage your collection subscription
Manage your collection subscription the same way you manage your other subscriptions.
