Buying Atlassian cloud apps

クラウド プランはすべて無料で始められ、チームの規模に合わせて拡大できます。価格は次の要素によって異なります。

• the number of users who can access the app

• the app plan (Standard, Premium, or Enterprise)

クラウド サイトのセットアップ

サイトをセットアップするときは、Free プランから始まります。

1. Go to atlassian.com/try and find the app you want.

2. [クラウド版を試す] を選択します。

3. サイトの URL を指定します。既存のサイトを選択するか、新しいサイトを作成できます。

4. プロンプトに従って、セットアップを完了します。

有料プランにアップグレード

Once your app is set up, you can upgrade to a paid plan. To upgrade:

1. 移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

2. Select Billing > Manage subscriptions for any one of the apps.

3. [プランを変更] を選択します (サブスクリプションが従来の請求エクスペリエンスで行われている場合、リンクの表示は [変更] になります)。

アップグレード時に、支払いに関する詳細情報の提供を求められます。

Free プランにはユーザー数の制限があります。

• Jira や Confluence のユーザー 10 人

• Jira Service Management は 3 エージェント

• Compass は 3 フル ユーザー

ユーザー数の上限を超えると、Standard プランに自動的にアップグレードされます。

Free プランから Standard プランに移行すると、14 日間の無料トライアル期間が与えられます。Premium プランでは、30 日間のトライアルをご利用いただけます。トライアル終了後、プランはキャンセルしない限り月額のサブスクリプションに移行します。

コレクションを設定する

When you purchase a collection subscription, you’ll be prompted to set it up on a new or existing organization. If you include any existing subscriptions in a new collection, you won’t have to set them up again.
