コレクションとその仕組み 

チームワーク コレクションとは、連携して動作する製品の組み合わせであり、組織全体で作業をより効果的に簡単にまとめられるようになります。

A Teamwork Collection subscription includes Jira, Confluence and Loom. If you purchase Teamwork Collection, you’ll pay a single price for the entire collection and won’t need to pay separately for the individual products included in it. This means you'll get access to all the products in the collection without any additional charges. Premium and Enterprise Teamwork Collections include Rovo and Atlassian Guard Standard.

コレクションを設定する

コレクション サブスクリプションを購入すると、新規または既存の組織で設定するように求められます。既存の製品を新しいコレクションに含めた場合は、再度設定する必要はありません。

請求対象ユーザーと見なされるユーザーとは

You’ll be billed based on the total number of unique users across all individual products. Once an organization admin sets up Teamwork Collection, each user enabled for at least one of the linked products will be charged as a unique billable user. When calculating unique billable users, we will only count a user once, even if the user has access to multiple products in the collection, and regardless of how many products are on the site.

プラン

チームワーク コレクションに使用するアプリの請求はどのようになっていますか?  

アプリは、サイトのユーザー数に基づいて請求されます。

アプリを含む既存のサブスクリプションをチームワーク コレクションに移行すると、アプリ ユーザーの数が、そのサイトの総ユーザー数を反映して更新されます。たとえば、アプリがインストールされたユーザー数 25 の Confluence Cloud のサブスクリプションを、同じサイト上にある Jira ユーザー数が 100 のチームワーク コレクションに移動した場合、サイトに含まれる 100 ユーザー分の料金が請求されるようになります。

請求額の見積と請求対象ユーザー数を表示する

請求額の見積と一意の請求対象ユーザー数を表示するには、次の手順に従います。

1. admin.atlassian.com に移動します。複数の組織がある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

2. [請求] を選択します。

3. リストから [チームワーク コレクション] を選択します。

4. [サブスクリプションの詳細] ページには、ユニーク請求対象ユーザーの数と請求額の見積もりが表示されます。

プランの変更

コレクションのプランを変更するには、次の手順に従います。

1. admin.atlassian.com/billing に移動します。請求アカウントが複数ある場合は、対象のアカウントを選択します。

2. サイド ナビゲーションから [サブスクリプション] に移動します。

3. サブスクリプションのリストから、プランを変更するコレクションを見つけて、[管理] を選択します。

4. サブスクリプションの詳細ページで、[プランを変更] を選択します。

5. プラン選択のページで、希望するプランを比較して選択します。

6. アトラシアン カスタマー アグリーメントとプライバシー ポリシーに同意したあと、[同意してトライアルを開始] を選択します。

To change a plan from monthly to annual, choose the Annual billing option, select the Standard or Premium plan, and then review and confirm your billing.

チームワーク コレクション プランを変更するとどうなりますか?

チームワーク コレクション プランの変更は、コレクションに含まれるすべての製品に適用されます。つまり、含まれる製品を個別に更新することはできません。コレクション サブスクリプションを介してまとめて更新する必要があります。

Keep in mind that if you’re changing from a Teamwork Collection Premium plan, it may affect your Rovo usage quota and/or your Atlassian Guard Standard bill.

チームワーク コレクションをキャンセルする

コレクションをキャンセルするには、次の手順に従います。

1. admin.atlassian.com/billing に移動します。 請求アカウントが複数ある場合は、対象のアカウントを選択します。

2. [サブスクリプション] を選択して、キャンセルするサブスクリプションを見つけ、[管理] を選択します。

3. その他の操作 [] > [サブスクリプションの取り消し] を選択して、キャンセルをチェックして確定します。

コレクション サブスクリプションをキャンセルして、含まれる製品を引き続き使用することはできますか?

Yes, you can choose to keep any number of included products. Contact us with your request and our team will get in touch with you and can help you retain individual subscriptions in the collection. Any included products you choose to keep will be billed separately according to your existing bill date and cycle.

Ending a collection trial

To end a Teamwork Collection trial:

1. admin.atlassian.com/billing に移動します。 請求アカウントが複数ある場合は、対象のアカウントを選択します。

2. Select Subscriptions, find the subscription you want to end the trial for, and select Manage.

3. Select more actions > End collection, then review the details to end your trial.

When you end a collection, any new subscription added will get canceled.

When ending a Teamwork Collection Premium subscription, any free inclusions (like Atlassian Guard Standard and Rovo agents), will also get canceled.
