You’ve been locked out of your account after you failed to log in multiple times
To help protect your Atlassian account, we'll lock your account after multiple failed login attempts in a short period of time.
After you’ve made a number of login attempts, a CAPTCHA form will be displayed which you’ll need to complete before attempting to log in again. If you’re still unable to log in, your account will be temporarily locked and you’ll need to wait a few minutes before attempting to log in again.
You’ve been locked out of your account and asked to reset your password
If we suspect someone has attempted to log in to your Atlassian account or that your password has been compromised, we’ll ask you to reset your password before you can log in again. Your organization admin may also request you reset your password before logging in to your account.
