Discover important Atlassian cloud account log in information, including troubleshooting problems.
You can log in to your Atlassian account in two ways:
Log in directly to any of your Atlassian cloud products.
You can connect and log in to your Atlassian account using your Google account.
Log in to multiple accounts at once
Log in—and stay logged in—to all of your Atlassian accounts at once. If you’re trying to access a product, site, or piece of information with an account that doesn’t have appropriate access, you’ll be taken to an account switcher screen where you can switch to an Atlassian account with the required access for that page.
Add an account
Once you land on the account switcher, you can add and log in to a different Atlassian account. Click Log in to another account, and complete the login process. Then, we'll redirect you to the content you want to access.
You can add up to 10 Atlassian accounts to a browser. You’ll need to remove an account if you wish to add another.
Switch between accounts
If you’re logged into multiple Atlassian accounts, use the list of accounts on the account switcher screen to select and move between them.
Remove accounts from a browser
To remove an account from your browser, click Remove accounts from this browser, and then select the account you wish to remove.
You can also remove all the accounts from a browser at once. Click Remove all accounts at the bottom of your account switcher screen.
Once you remove an account, it won’t appear in the account switcher list. You can always add an account back to the list when you’re ready to use it.
Accounts have separate settings
When you sign in to multiple accounts, the account settings and licenses aren't shared. You can control your settings separately for each of your accounts. For example, your accounts might have different product licenses, language settings, or time zones.
Log in to your account using Google
You can also use your Google account to log in to Atlassian products. You’ll find this option on our login and sign-up screen at id.atlassian.com.
When you use Log in with Google to sign up for an Atlassian account we’ll ask you to confirm your account details, which we’ll use to set up an account profile for you. You can use this profile for your Atlassian products and log in with Google in the future.
If you log in with a third party and would like to secure your account using two-step verification, we recommend you do this directly through Google.
If your admin enforces single sign-on you may not be able to log in with Google.
