You can log in to your Atlassian account by going to id.atlassian.com/login.
There are a number of methods to log in to your Atlassian account. You may not be able to use all of these methods if your admin has enforced SAML single sign-on.
You can log in using your email address and the password you created when signing up for your Atlassian account.
We may require that you complete an extra step of security to protect your account. We need you to verify your identity with a one-time passcode. We’ll email you a one-time passcode to complete the login.
If you didn’t use an email address and password when signing up, you’ll need to set up a password before you can use your email address and password as a login method.
To create a password for your Atlassian account:
Go to id.atlassian.com/login.
Select Can't log in? at the bottom of the page.
Enter your email address and select Send recovery link.
Select the recovery link in the email we send you and set a password for your account.
When you use your Google, Microsoft, Slack or Apple account to sign up for or log in to Atlassian, it will automatically link with your Atlassian account. You can link more than one account to your Atlassian account. For example, you could use both your Google and Apple accounts to log in.
To log in with a third-party account:
Go to id.atlassian.com/login.
Choose which third-party account you want to continue with.
Use your third-party account credentials to log in to your account.
You may not be able to log in with a third-party account if your admin has enforced SAML single sign-on. You won’t be able to log in with a third-party account if your admin has blocked third-party logins.
If your admin has set up SAML single sign-on, you’ll be able to log in to your Atlassian account by authenticating through your company’s identity provider.
To log in with SAML single sign-on:
Go to id.atlassian.com/login.
Enter your email address and select Continue.
Authenticate through your company’s identity provider if needed.
