Log in with SAML single sign-on
If your admin enforces SAML single sign-on, you may not be able to log in with a third-party account. Instead, you’ll need to log in to your Atlassian account by entering your email address and authenticating through your company’s identity provider. You can log in with SAML single sign-on at id.atlassian.com/login.
To log in with SAML single sign-on:
Go to id.atlassian.com/login.
Enter your email address and select Continue.
You’ll be asked to authenticate through your company’s identity provider if needed.
