Get started with Jira Service Management for admins
Your first stop for learning how to get started with Jira Service Management.
When a Jira administrator adds a new agent to the project, the agent is also assigned a Jira Service Management license and added to the service-project-users license group.
You must be a Jira administrator to view licenses of team members.
To view what license or group a user belongs to:
Go to Settings () > User management.
Select a user on the Users page.
Under Groups, check what licenses the user has.
To find the number of users that are under the service-project-users group:
Go to Settings () > User management.
Select Groups on the left-hand menu.
Select service-project-users group.
Check the number of users under this group under Group members.
Learn more about exporting users from a site.
This page is for company-managed projects
If the lower-left of your service project sidebar says you're in a team-managed project, check out these team-managed project articles instead.
