Resend a verification email to a managed account

When users haven’t verified their email address, you’ll see an Unverified lozenge next to their account.

To view unverified accounts:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

  2. Select Directory > Managed accounts.

  3. Select Unverified accounts from the All accounts.

To resend a verification email:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.com. Select your organization if you have more than one.

  2. Select Directory > Managed accounts.

  3. Select the user’s name.

  4. Select Resend verification email to this user.
