Resend a verification email to a managed account

If a user hasn't verified their email address, you're unable to make changes to their managed account. We indicate these accounts with an Unverified lozenge. To view all accounts that haven’t verified their email address, select Unverified accounts from the All accounts dropdown.

When a user hasn’t verified their email address, you can resend them a verification email.

  1. From the Managed accounts page, click the user’s name.

  2. Select Resend verification email to this user at the top of their account page.
