You can give product access to a user by assigning them a product role. If the user isn’t in your organization, invite them to your organization first.

Sometimes multiple users in your organization need the same access to products. You can manage their product access together by adding these users to a group and assigning product roles to the group. Read about groups

Atlassian Cloud organizations can also configure other ways for users to get access to your products with user access settings.

How product access works for Atlassian Government Cloud

Atlassian Government Cloud organizations should provision users from an identity provider and follow the steps on this page to give product access to a group.

Jira Service Management portal-only customers

Give product access to a user

Who can do this?
Role: Organization admin, user access admin (only for the product they administer)
Atlassian Cloud: All plans
Atlassian Government Cloud: Available

To give product access to a user:

  1. 移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.

  2. [ディレクトリ] > [ユーザー] の順に選択します。

  3. ユーザーを選択します。

  4. ユーザーがアクセスを持たない製品の一覧を表示するには、[アクセスを付与] を選択します。

  5. Select a role for the product the user needs access to.

  6. [アクセスを許可] を選択します。

If you don’t see the product in Grant access, the user may already have access to that product. Check Product access in the user profile and change their role if you need to.

Default groups that give access to more than one product

When you give product access to a user, we add them to the default group for that product. If the default group for a product has been modified to also give access to other products, a user access admin for that product only won’t be able to give users access to that product. This is so the user access admin doesn’t inadvertently give access to other products they’re not allowed to manage. The user access admin can still give users access to the product they administer by adding them to another group that has access to that product.
