We’re renaming ‘products’ to ‘apps’

Atlassian 'products’ are now ‘apps’. You may see both terms used across our documentation as we roll out this terminology change. Here’s why we’re making this change

As an organization admin, you can log in as another user to ensure their permissions in an app are set correctly. It's particularly useful when you’re setting up a new user. You may also need to log in as another user to troubleshoot their account. When you’re logged in as another user, you see everything as that user would see it, including any content restricted to them.

You can’t make updates to a user’s profile by logging in as them. If they’re a managed account, you can make updates to their profile in Administration. You also can’t:

  • log in as another organization admin.

  • log in as a user who hasn’t accessed an app in your organization yet.

  • log in as your own account to access an app.

  • log in to Jira Service Management portal-only customer accounts.

Who can do this?
Role: Organization admin
Atlassian Cloud: All plans
Atlassian Government Cloud: Available

To log in as another user:

  1. 移動 [アトラシアンの管理] に移動します。組織が複数ある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

  2. [ディレクトリ] > [ユーザー] の順に選択します。

  3. Select the user you want to log in as.

  4. Find the app you want to log in to and select more actions (•••) > Log in as user.

We email the user to let them know you’ve logged in as them.

While you're logged in as another user, you'll see a message letting you know who you're logged in as. Select switch back to resume using your own account.

Will Ahlberg として一時的にログインしていることを示す警告メッセージが表示されます。完了したら、自分のアカウントに戻って (リンクして) ください。
