ポータルのみの顧客を削除
利用しているユーザー管理エクスペリエンスを確認する
移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one. You can identify which user management experience you have by checking where your Users page is located.

When you delete a customer account, they won't be able to log in to your Jira Service Management help centers to raise requests and view articles. You can't restore an account once it's been deleted. If you think you’ll need this account at another point in the future, we suggest you revoke access instead.
カスタマー アカウントを削除するには、次の手順に従います。

移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one..
Select Apps from the header.
[サイトと製品] で、Jira Service Management を含むサイトを選択します。
ナビゲーション バーの [Jira Service Management] セクションで [ポータル限定のカスタマー] を選択します。
削除する顧客の横にある [(その他のオプション)] > [アカウントを削除] を選択します。
[Delete (削除)] を選択して確定します。
従来のユーザー管理を利用している場合:

サイト名と URL を選択します。
[Jira Service Management] を選択します。
削除するカスタマーを探して [(その他のオプション)] > [アカウントを削除] を選択します。
[Delete (削除)] を選択して確定します。
アカウントの削除結果
顧客のポータル専用アカウントは完全に消去され、サイトのポータルにアクセスできなくなります。
ユーザー ピッカー フィールドで顧客を検索および選択することもできません。
以前は顧客の名前が表示されていたユーザー ピッカー フィールドには、[旧ユーザー (非アクティブ)] と表示されるようになります。

5. アカウントのメール アドレスで保持される参照はありません。将来、同じ顧客がそのインスタンスに再招待された場合は、以前から存在していたアカウントとはまったく関係のない新しいアカウントになります。
