請求書について理解する
We’re rolling out an improved billing experience to make it easier to manage your cloud subscriptions. This means your subscriptions could be managed on either the original or the improved experience. Read more about the key differences
The following screenshots indicate how the interface of the two billing experiences differs.

改善された請求エクスペリエンス
We send out tax invoices to acknowledge transactions. You’ll find yours in the Invoices tab of your billing account at admin.atlassian.com/billing. Based on your payment status, it could be:
支払を受けたことを確認する領収書 (タイトルは「タックス インボイス/領収書」)。
保留中の支払を記載したインボイス (タイトルは「タックス インボイス」)。請求書でお支払いの場合、または支払いに失敗した場合は、これらのうちのいずれかを送信します。
タックス インボイスに記載される内容
タックス インボイスの最初の部分は、取引と請求の詳細を要約したものです。右上には、請求書番号と請求書作成日が表示されます。
ページの残りの部分には、請求先住所と販売先住所、アカウント残高からの調整を含む未払い額、詳細な支払い方法が表示されます。
請求書による支払いを選択した場合、支払い方法の詳細は 2 ページ目に表示されます。
Next, you’ll see a detailed list of the Atlassian apps, collection, and Marketplace apps you’ve purchased and a breakdown of the due amount. This includes discounts and taxes on each item and adjustments made to the total from your account balance, if any.
Invoices for Enterprise or collection subscriptions will include a table of linked subscriptions at the end.

請求書をダウンロードするには、次を実行します。
Go to admin.atlassian.com/billing. Select your billing account if you have more than one.
[請求書] に移動すると、すべての請求書のリストが表示されます。
目的の請求書の横にある [ダウンロード] を選択します。
請求書は PDF でダウンロードされます。
請求書で支払う

アトラシアンでは、サブスクリプションのお支払いに使用できるさまざまな支払い方法をご用意しています。請求書でお支払いの場合は、請求アカウントの [請求書] タブに表示される請求書番号に「DUE」のマークが付けられます。請求書をダウンロードして、支払い方法の詳細をご確認ください。
請求書ステータス
請求書が生成されたら、請求アカウントの [請求書] タブで確認できます。支払いが完了したのか、追加のアクションが必要なのかを示すステータスが表示されます。
ステータス | 意味 |
|---|---|
有料 | お客様のお支払いを受け取り、処理しました。 |
期限 | 支払期限までにまだ時間があります。 |
overdue | 割り当てられた支払期限が過ぎています。サブスクリプションをアクティブな状態に保つには、すぐにお支払いいただく必要があります。 |
UNPAID (未払い) | This invoice is past its due date and your subscriptions on it have been canceled. Contact us to reactivate them. |

請求書をダウンロードするには、次を実行します。
Log in to your my.atlassian.com account.
[注文] に移動します。
請求書のリストから、ダウンロードする請求書を見つけます。
[PDF/請求書] を選択します。
請求書は PDF でダウンロードされます。
