お支払い日から所定の期間内であれば、クラウド サブスクリプションの払い戻しをリクエストできます。

• 月間サブスクリプションの場合は、初月中に払い戻しをリクエストしてください。

• 年間サブスクリプションの場合は、30 日以内に払い戻しをリクエストしてください。
