Apply a promo code to a Marketplace app purchase

Atlassian Marketplace Partners may offer promo codes for discounts on their cloud apps. Follow the instructions below to redeem a discount on a Marketplace app subscription.

Apply a Marketplace app promo code

To apply a promo code:

1. admin.atlassian.com/billing に移動します。 請求アカウントが複数ある場合は、対象のアカウントを選択します。

2. サイド ナビゲーションから [サブスクリプション] を選択します。

3. In the subscriptions table, find the Marketplace app you have a promo code for and select Manage.

4. [その他の操作] > [Enter promo code (プロモーション コードを入力)] の順に選択します。

5. プロモーション コードを入力して [検証] を選択し、[Apply discount (割引を適用)] を選択します。

コードが検証されると、次回の請求サイクルの開始時に割引が開始される予定であることがサブスクリプションの詳細ページに表示されます。

有効なプロモーション割引を上書きする

有効なプロモーション割引を別のプロモーション コードで上書きできます。

To override a discount:

1. admin.atlassian.com/billing に移動します。 請求アカウントが複数ある場合は、対象のアカウントを選択します。

2. サイド ナビゲーションから [サブスクリプション] を選択します。

3. In the subscriptions table, find the Marketplace app you have a promo code for and select Manage.

4. [その他の操作] > [Update promo code (プロモーション コードを更新)] の順に選択します。

Currently, only paid Marketplace apps are available for you to manage on the new billing experience. If you’re using any free app, they won’t appear in your subscriptions list.
