View different types of activity on goals

Stay informed about the evolution of your work without manual status checks. The Activity feed provides a chronological history of changes made to your goals, helping you understand how they have evolved over time.

View activity for a goal

To view the activity history for a specific piece of work:

  1. Open the goal.

  2. Select the Overview tab.

  3. Find the Activity section under the description section.

  4. Select the History tab so see a log of events.

By default, the most recent changes display first. Select the sort order icon at the top-right of the section to show the oldest changes first. To see more changes, select Show more at the bottom of the feed.

Activity history is only available for changes made to goals after April 2026. Changes made prior to this date will not appear in the feed.

The activity feed tracks priority events to ensure you stay updated on the most critical modifications.

When the goal is handed off to a new owner or lead.

Timeline

When the target date for completion is updated.

Identity

When the name is modified.

Progress

When the status (e.g., On track, At risk) or numerical score is adjusted.

Followers

When followers are added or removed

Frequently asked questions

Who can view the activity feed?
Anyone with permission to view the goal can see its activity history. There are no additional permissions required to view the feed.

Are all changes tracked?
Currently, the feed focuses on priority events. Other changes, such as updates to the long-form description, tags, or other fields are not tracked.
