Browse and find artifacts
Atlassian Artifacts is in beta. It’s available to all paid plans. The experience may change while we improve features and add new ones.
Your Artifacts library is a permanent home for storing files that AI agents such as Rovo or Figma Make have created during a chat, or any other files that you’ve uploaded to the library. You can find your artifacts in a number of ways:
Use the app switcher () in the top navigation bar to select Artifacts from the list.
Select an artifact link from a search or a page or work item, which will open the artifact in the Artifacts library.
Type
/artifactsat the end of your Confluence or Jira app URL.Ask Rovo to take you there.
Other interactions with Rovo, such as smart links to Rovo-created Confluence pages or files you’ve uploaded in a chat, aren’t artifacts and aren’t stored in your Artifacts library. You can find those interactions in your Rovo library.
Find artifacts with Rovo Search
Because artifacts are indexed, you can find them using Rovo Search alongside your other Atlassian content. Use any part of the name or the description of your artifact to see it in your results.
To search for artifacts:
Open Rovo Search from any Atlassian app.
Enter part or all of the name of your artifact.
Select the Artifacts app filter and any other filters to further refine your results.
Navigate your Artifacts library
Your Artifacts library is set up in a similar way to other Atlassian apps (see for details).
From the side navigation, you'll see the following options:
For you: Shows all your artifacts, artifacts shared with you, and any recent artifacts you’ve visited.
Your artifacts: Shows all the artifacts that you own.
Shared with you: Shows any artifacts shared with you that other people own.
Recents: Shows all artifacts you’ve viewed from the most recent.
When you select some of those navigation options, you’ll see the option to upload an artifact, along with a search bar. All navigation options display the layout picker.
Change the layout of your Artifacts library
The more you create artifacts, the bigger your Artifacts library will become. You have some viewing options to help you locate and view the artifacts you’re looking for.
Use one of the options described earlier on this page to navigate to your Artifacts library.
Select List view () to see the artifacts as a list.
Select Grid view () to see the artifacts as a grid of tiles.
Use the Artifacts search bar to look for specific artifacts. The search will look at the artifact title and description.
