アクセス リクエストの仕組み
When a user lands in a product they don’t have access to, they’ll see a message prompting them to request access. Example: when a user without access opens a product link shared by a user who does have access.
Users can make requests in the following ways:

Access requests can be made by users with a verified email address and Atlassian account. Users can only access your site or products if you choose to approve them.
How to approve or deny access requests
Access requests are collected into a list aggregated from all sites in your organization. You can approve or deny these requests on the User requests page or through related emails. We provide as much information as possible about the requesting user to help you make a decision.
ユーザーに製品へのアクセスを付与した場合、それらのユーザーは既定の製品グループに追加され、新しいユーザーに対する請求が開始されます。

移動 Atlassian Administration. Select your organization if you have more than one.
ヘッダーから [製品] を選択します。
Select User requests > Access requests.
Select Review to see more details about the request.
Select Approve to approve a request or select the 3 dot icon (•••) > Deny access to deny a request.
A user whose access is denied won’t be able to request access again.

Select Review request to see more details about the request.
Select Approve now to approve a request or select the 3-dot icon (•••) > Deny access to deny a request.
