アトラシアン「製品」は「アプリ」になりました。この用語の変更のロールアウトに伴い、ドキュメント全体で両方の用語が使用されている可能性があります。この変更の理由は次のとおりです

When a user lands in an app they don’t have access to, we prompt them to request access. This can happen when a user without access opens an app link shared by someone who has access.

What users can request depends on if they already have access to one of your apps.

ユーザーのタイプ

User with access to at least one of your apps

  • Access to a new app for themselves.

  • Access for someone else to the same app they have access to.

New user

Users need an Atlassian account and a verified email address to request access to an app. Users can only access your site or apps if you choose to approve them.

Approve or deny access requests

Access requests are collected into a list aggregated from all sites in your organization. You can approve or deny these requests in Atlassian Administration or through related emails. We provide as much information as possible about the requesting user to help you make a decision.

Who can do this?
Role: Organization admin, site admin (only for the sites they administer)
Atlassian Cloud: All plans
Atlassian Government Cloud: Not available

To approve or deny requests:

  1. 移動 [アトラシアンの管理] に移動します。組織が複数ある場合は、対象の組織を選択します。

  2. [アプリ] を選択します。

  3. [ユーザー リクエスト] > [アクセス リクエスト] の順に選択します。

  4. [確認] を選択して、リクエストの詳細を確認します。

  5. Select Approve to approve a request, or select more actions (•••) > Deny access to deny a request.

When you deny access for a user, they can’t request access again. Send them a short message to explain why you denied their request.
